Hello from Calgary
Hi, I have a problem. I've discovered RC tanks and the little kid in me is demanding I indulge it. So far there is a Coolbank Crusader in the house and a Henglong Challenger is in the email. Loads of good information on this site! Thanks.

Gday Mr Damage from the sunny Gold Coast of Australia out of New Zealand.
Glad to see you are as afflicted with this hobby as we are, you'll find plenty of enablers to feed your needs in here !
Been a long time since I was in your neck of the woods...........Red Dear in fact. Was out on locations dealing with drilling rig equipment to bring back here.
Froze my ass off & had a bucketload of Tim Hortons to stay warm during the day & even more Jack Daniels at Twin Peaks at night
Love the place.
Welcome along

In 1998 I drove out to Saskatchewan. I think there must be a Tim Horton's at every stop along the highway. Do join in the fun here with questions, triumphs, and tears. And keep those tank deliveries coming.

Welcome from Ontario!
A Crusader and a Challenger, either end of the UK size spectrum. How do you like the Crusader?
All this talk of donuts--best donuts I've ever had were at Greedy Donuts. And then on to the Royal Tyrrell!
Mike.

Re: Hello from Calgary
I'm in Calgary and years ago I used to visit BATUS when they still had the odd Chieftain, most of the tanks were Challenger ones at that time.
The Crusader is very nice, first model like tank I've done since I was kid. My eyes are not what they once were nor is my ability to glue very small things in place. The last thing I built as a kid was a Grant complete with North African diorama.
