Drive sprocket dimensions for Panzer III Ausf. H or later

I'm building a 3D-printed Panzer III Ausf. J (early) and drive sprockets, I've got, haven't been modeled correctly (track links too). So, I'm looking for any information, dimensions, or drawings for Panzer III Ausf. H (or later modifications) sprockets to model it. I hope someone could help.
