Looking good Mr C. I think you were riding with you first assumption that the additional armour, doesn’t go right to the top. In your photos there appears to be a step and gap.

Yeah I've looked at it quite a bit while debating, it seems that the plates at least go to the top of the lower hull where the citadel bolts on.





There's a clear shot showing the lip from the top of the lower hull where it bolts to the upper. Yes there is a small gap. But it won't be seen on mine.



Ironically I actually over complicated the center return rollers hole. Looks just like the ends with a deep "U" instead of a hole.

With the tracks and wheels on much of it will obscured.

Youre certainly getting the knack of piecing in the chequer plate patches and whole models looking good mate
