Hi Erik, thanks for the compliment. I used 4:1 gearboxes supplied by Forgebear. After running them in, and applying grease, they are very quiet.

You are an excellent modeller, I really appreciate your skills.

I think that they might be Henglong gearboxes, Forgebear will know..he is on the forum and sells them. They are very high quality compared to the standard ones and not very expensive.

Nice one Rob. The Elmod system sounds and looks a good un now you have sorted out the bugs.
