Pershing tank in 1/6 scale in steel
Has anybody here built a rc 1/6 scale Pershing tank in steel? I would like to find some print and suggestions on drive systems. If somebody has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks, Pat

Pat,
Electric motors are the simplest way to go. I prefer 250W-450W geared scooter motors running at 24V. I use 25P or 40P chain to connect the motors to the drive sprockets. These are the form factor I like because they are compact, but they aren't cheap. If you shop around you can find them cheaper, but not by much. https://www.amazon.com/MY1018-Electric- ... tdGY&psc=1
You can find pics of them installed in my KV-1 1/6th thread: viewtopic.php?t=38010
