Hey all
Hey all
Hey. My name that I will go by here is Ben. Ive been interested in armor warfare the greater part of my life. I have an interest in military history. And I am currently serving in the United states army. Building rc tanks has always been a dream of mine. As I recently purchased and got into 3d printing it has finally opened that ability to me. I have built rc cars and boats and planes before. but the electronics and mainly programming behind tanks is daunting to me and I will be needing help there.
Re: Hey all
Welcome to the forum Ben. ! Thank you for you service and your choice in life! 16th (or which ever scale you choose) is a favorite of many on the forum. Just don't mention a Tiger I to Meter Rat (he is harmless I assure) or Shermans (Herman Bix = lest you get banned). 3D printing and military history - we could use the help/addition.
Welcome aboard Ben!

Well from one former US Army soldier to another, we won't hold that against you...
Welcome to the forum. Where abouts are you from in the states? There are some active RC clubs around if you are interested in picking the brains of the folks that might be in your area. I'm trying hard to get my 3D printed 1/16 Maus done for the Texas battle day this month at the (once again) Fort Hood museum.
