On the long journey through and from the toy factory, cardboard picks up smells better than plastic. Elsa is sniffing bits of China, trucks, an ocean, and a courier service. :haha:

I did not.

When I put it thru its trails, 1 wheel came loose.

I popped off the cap and screwed it back in.

So far so good.

But if you can show me where to place the thread lock, I would appreciate it.

Added most of the decals tonight
They are quite strange they seem to have a clear vinyl cover over them
you cut the decals out , take the backing paper of , stick them on and then remove the top film

Still got some to add like the fire extinguisher and the white/red/white flashes (operation crusader the relief of Tobruk) or the slightly later red/white/red decals
so time to start fitting the little bits of the sprues etc

Yes, those are "transfers" of the sort used by model railroaders for a long time. Many here on RCTW dislike them vociferously. I find that rub-on transfers, used correctly, cannot be distinguished from painted markings, except, perhaps, that they are even crisper in outline. The only truly better means is inaccessible to most of us without oodles of pounds sterling/dollars/yuan/etc.: "pad printing" (actually now using sophisticated paint printers). Those can be so clear as to make 1/16 warning labels legible with magnification.
The problem with HengLong and Torro/Taigen transfers is usually inaccuracy or anachronism. From what I can tell transfers are reasonably accurate. However, I do not pretend to any expertise on the accuracy of the markings, only what I can find in my book(s).
