Hello, Sesh. So we can better answer your questions, can you tell us roughly where you are in the world? That makes a great difference as to what sources you can use for buying a new tank. The most popular scale for RC Tanks is 1/16, but there are others, too. We can help with almost any scale.

Hello Patrick, and welcome from Argyll and Bute. The most common scale is 1/16 for radio control. This has the most back up, and support. If you have the money 1/6, and 1/8 are available, If you have the skills 1/35 is possible. I would suggest you buy a tank that you like the look of. Are your interests in modern tanks, or WW2, or earlier? For modern tank I would suggest T72, T90, or a Leopard 2. For WW2, apparently the Tiger is quite good. The Sherman, and T34 have a good reputation for reliable running.
