Another Newbie - Tamiya M4 Sherman circa 1978 build

Hi

I’ve recently found my old Tamiya M4 Sherman tank that I built around 1978 (I would have been around 10).

The tracks have seen better days and in order to put them together I’m short of the figure of 8 pieces that keep the sides of the track together. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

I’ve also downloaded the manga from Tamiya, but it seems to be for a newer model. Can anyone point me in the right direction for the old original manual.
