Need advice on the Das Werk 1/16 Panzer 3

I'm planning on getting the Das Werk 1/16 Panzer 3 is made by Takom, and it uses their terrible track design. I want to replace the Takom tracks.

However, Resin replacement tracks cost more that the Model itself, so would it fit If I use Heng Long Plastic/Metal Panzer 3 track?

If the Takom sprocket does not fit the Heng Long Tracks you might like to see if the Heng Long PZ3 or PZ4 Sprocket fits the Takom PZ3 (The Heng Long PZ3 and PZ4 tracks are interchangeable) Do give thought to fitting Gearbox output shaft bearings at the same time if everything else works out.
