Needing a Dutch favour

I have a very small item I want to purchase from eBay but the seller does not ship out side of the Netherlands. Is there a Dutch member out there that I can have this posted to then they can send it to me .Once they receive my package, they find out the postage charge to me and I will send money by PayPal to them before they on post to me.
