Hmm, I think we must be talking about different things, there's definitely no modern tanks section in the main navigation, here's a couple screenshots of the main navigation I'm talking about (sorry they look weird, I'm on mobile, first is the actual mobile main navigation and second is "desktop mode" on mobile)

If I click on the menu it does show up there too (never hit the menu button before that). And it is in the grey banner at the bottom of each forum page.
