With the Heng Long Panzer IV, there is still room!:

Next step: bogies. Despite It will be a static model, at least for the moment, I will use bearings in the wheels and maybe in the bogie with the platform itself.

You are less likely to regret fitting bearings whilst building a static model, than you would regret not fitting them, should you change your mind to its purpose

Edumardo: I agree with your choice to fit bearings. At the least, you will feel satisfaction that the flat car rolls freely, and others will be impressed. ;) I see that you have one of the PzKpfw. I Abwurfwagen: that is a strange AFV, almost medieval, but I could not pass it up. I have yet to build it. I am trying to imagine the use for that gizmo, almost comic.

I have the Abwurfwagen version, but my idea is to build it without that strange device, perhaps set in the Afrika Korps.

Let's go with bogies. I modified the original design to reinforce the structure and to be able to extract the axles if necessary. One bearing per wheel and 4mm axle. A bigger bearing is used also to pivot bogie and platform.

As initially it will be a static model, I used some washers and 3d printed spacers to achieve the desired gauge (89mm). The brakes are also in place (only one side per wheel, sorry raylway cuentaremaches ).

It has enough space to trasnport to panzer II chassis :lolno:

 I have found some inexpensive and decent quality wooden shelves on Amazon. Or perhaps you could make or buy a short length of 1/16 model railroad track and display the flatcar on the floor—if it would be safe from attack by children, dogs, cats.
