FT17 Panther D Quad gun tractor Ferret and Gepard pictures

Post by jee »

3 weeks ago I visited the Netherlands again. Went a day to the military museum in Soesterberg and as I was living near breda, I also visited “de tank” there. So here are some links to the pictures I made. Maybe somebody can use them.

What, a tank left parked outside, that isn't covered in red rust like a 70's Alfa Romeo? What kind of witchcraft is this?!? :haha: :haha: :haha:

Can't tell you why but I have always loved the look of the Quad tractor. You must have visited on the one day a year it rains in Europe! Great pictures and thank you for sharing them.

The "Radar" on the Gepard/Cheetah looks very much like a direction finder ?
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

it is always raining in the Netherlands, well almost always. So i was not surprised :D

I am born and raised in Breda, everybody knows it as "de Tank", only I got in RC tanks after I moved to Siberia, so never made any pictures of it. Now I had the change when i was visiting my children and my mom.
