Custom WPL Wheels

Custom WPL Wheels

I just have a simple question.

I know there are lots of adaptors/wheels that let you use Tamiya 12mm hex wheels on the WPL axles.

Are there any that let you mount WPL tires on Tamiya axles? My searches have come up empty.
