Armortek early tiger 1 build on YouTube
I have started my YouTube channel where I am currently working on my Early Tiger 1 build.
This was not really a kit but bits and pieces from various sources including the Armortek factory bits and spares. I will be making many components from scratch.

It looks great. I have seen many Armotrek models where the owners did not care about the details. And on this scale, it's essential.

I agree, I think for some getting the model is so exciting you just want to get stuck in. Think about details when too late. With my channel I want to focus on detailing, methods of creating small details and making my own parts where I can.
I would appreciate getting as many subscriptions as possible and constructive comments are very welcome.

I watched the videos. You have shown us that with 1/6 scale one can combine RC with the kind of interior detail of a static model. If I had started with 1/6 my car would be sitting outside the garage. Wait, I wouldn't have a car. Wait, I wouldn't have a garage. Wait, it would be me and my tanks in a tent along the concrete "rivers" in Los Angeles.

Here's the latest progress on my Early Tiger 1. Not certain about paint scheme yet. I like the idea of something similar to S04. Washed out winter camo.
