Good News,
Glad now I did not get one of the ROK 1/12 scale Willys. This in motion will fit in perfectly with rolling Shermans and Halftracks.
regards,

I think that should I have need of a 1/16 Jeep I would get it from Will and Catherine because it would come ready fitted for RC.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

An accurate scale model like this is a great surprise and value. We can expect more variants in coming years; desert SAS, recoilless gun, trailer…

Well finally! I do have one of Will and Catherine's jeeps, and I am still working on the load (hides some electronics) and Rad stencils. But the static kit is a must (maybe a few musts) for me! Andy's is going to get me in trouble with the HVSS Sherman and the Jeep.

Maybe some parts from Ford GPA could work, like tires:

I've been waiting for this one for the last 28 years or so.
I just need about a tenth of it now.
Tamiya with its very bad will at not doing it for years won't have my money!

A quality static jeep would look nice sitting on the shelf next to my tanks. I don't think I would have any burning desire to try and rc it.

Example of motorized Jeep made of 1/24 truck crawler. But in this example chassis is metal.

Looks interesting
I may have to see if i can take one of these and modify it to run my own axles with leaf springs to make a worthy Static to RC conversion

I spent alot of time previously designing one because nothing existed on the market.
