Latest Ukraine war fashion for your T72/T90
Re: Latest Ukraine war fashion for your T72/T90
For anyone interested in this thread I recommend following Ukraine Weapons Tracker on twitter: https://mobile.twitter.com/uaweapons They post a lot of interesting photos and videos of tanks and vehicles from both sides.

Re: Latest Ukraine war fashion for your T72/T90
Long before hapless Russkies, following their delusion leader's imperatives, became missile fodder in Ukraine, this was the case. Steel never used to burn like that. Those alloy-based useless BMPs are mobile crematoria. Ah, but apparently our friendly east European cousins also brought their own, anyway the b******s!!
Missiles rule, ok. The tank is dead, long live the missile. A rider: Challengers and Abrams do last longer. Give them to the Ukrainians.

First I need the tank
T-90A is sort of available here, but I'd much rather a T72.

That was a clever trick to make such a large missile cruiser submersible..........

New model. Although the purpose is still open for discussion (umbrella, camouflage, slat armor...), It seems the trampoline bouncing armor joke that was shared last month has been adopted by Z.

So zoro has put a trampoline on his tank now then rather than a smoking shelter
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

Keen as I am to do a version of one of these, I don’t think I could trawl the toy shops looking for a scale trampoline to bung on a model

Shown here is a Russian gun truck transformation with what seems to be a Zu-23 automatic cannon on top for 360 defense against ambushes. The elevated gunner represents a high profile target without much armor and would be most vulnerable. I would not want to sit there myself in a firefight. The driver does not see much. The weight of it all must impact the load the truck can carry. Such improvised transformation is reminiscent of the US gun trucks of the Vietnam war.
