Scammel
Hi I want to try and do a design and print on the scammel tank transporter, I think the explorer would suit my crusader quite nicely, does anyone know the cab and bonnet etc dimensions
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

Re: Scammel
One option might be to pick up a budget model and scale up from that. There are some examples here:

Or, take some measurements here, and scale them to your needs. Images can be downloaded at a % size that suits your needs.

Am I missing something or how would you get any useful information from that blueprints site? The image has no scale or measurements in the image at all.43rdRecceReg wrote:One option might be to pick up a budget model and scale up from that. There are some examples here:

- Yup , as a subcontracting engineering firm - One of Scammell Special Trucks Division lorry parks was opposite our works on Tolpits Lane.
Some of that stuff looked like it came out of Thunderbirds!
Great times.
