It will be something modern I feel and not necessarily an mbt, could be a recon tank like the Sheridan

It would be nice to see something new and from the ordinary as most of the 1/16 manufacturers have pretty much exhausted all the mainstream models  it beggars belief that tamiya have never continued a line of vehicles such as their kubelwagen considering the demand I think there would be for them ???

Cheers,Lee.

And sorry, but no one I've every talked to was like...."man I wish Tamiya would make a Sheridan". NO ONE. I personally like the tank, but with how fragile the tracks are, I won't buy one until better tracks come out.

Yes I am aware of the Sheridan but notice I said something like that. Meaning the warrior or something along those lines.

Doesn’t really bother me what they release because I won’t buy it anyway

I would like the famous WW1 “male” with an Elmod board, custom sounds and metal tracks. But I’m crazy like that.

Let’s see if they half-ass it like they did with the type 10.

Anything British would be great. I'm sick of German armour ;)

Churchill... so many variants... altho I'd prefer one from Heng Long... it's easier to afford three Chruchills to convert if you have to pay Heng Long prices...
Sherman M4A3/Stug III/Panzer III/Panzer IV/Tiger/King Tiger/KV-1/T34-85/Leopard 2A6/Abrams M1A2/Walker Bulldog/Pantiger
Under construction; Sherman Firefly IC - M3 Grant - Sherman BARV
... No, I do not have a problem....

Tamiya has been fairly balanced in releasing a variety of armour although people tend to buy German armour more.

56001 Sherman 105mm - 1974
56002 Leopard A4 - 1977
56003 Flakpanzer Gepard - 1978
56004 King Tiger (Production Turret) - 1981
56005/6 Sherman 105mm - 1998
56007/8 King Tiger (Porsche Turret) - 1999
56009/10/11 Tiger I - 2000
56012 Kubelwagen - 2000
56013/14 Sherman 105mm - 2001
56015/16 M26 Pershing - 2002
56017/18 King Tiger (Production Turret) - 2002
56019/20 Leopard 2A6 - 2004
56021/22 Panther G - 2007
56023/24 Jagdpanther - 2007
56025/26 Pz IV Ausf. J - 2008
56027/28 KV-1 - 2009
56029/30 KV-2 - 2009
56031/32 Super Sherman - 2010
56033 Tiger I (Premium) - 2011
56034/35 JS-2 - 2013
56036/37 Type 10 - 2015
56038/39 Jagdpanzer IV - 2016
56040/41 M1A2 Abrams - 2017
56042/43 M556 Sheridan - 2019

Place your bets, what 56044/45 is going to be:

- Churchill
- Cromwell
- Comet
- Matilda
- Challenger I/II
- Centurion
- Chieftain
- Firefly

Whether Heng Long releases a Churchill would depend on Tamiya releasing one in the first place, I suspect!
