JEFF SHIU DOES IT AGAIN

Post by HERMAN BIX »

Got these pics from a mate thats a mad figure collector.
Safe to say these are going to be well worth the asking price on release.
be a shame to have his work plagiarized & stolen by ratbag copiers.
How good is the guy !!?

Yep, I saw it some days ago on his website. He has released a lot more, his website is worth to take a look. I just wish he releases russian troops!

This guy is a trully artist, his job is outstanding. The best figures I have seen or own are made by him. (And I have a lot!) The only issues I can point is they are bigger than 1/16. I would say 1/15 and of course the price.

It is a shame for him his job is going to be copied by the chinese for a small fraction the price, but otherwise many of us could not aford buying them. If he drops the prices I am sure he could sell them like hot cakes. I would be buying the original stuff too.

I was hoping to buy from Jeff, unfortunately the prices he quoted me were too high so I passed on the order. But yes the quality of the figures look exceptional as of today I am still waiting on some Tamiya figures I ordered 2 months ago, seems even the UK Tamiya section are having issues.

well, maybe with the irruption of resine printers and good 3d modelers this would be solved in a near future...

I agree. Some great models are already available. My 45mm soviet gun and crew turned out great ;)
