Wondering if these would be useful for any of the smaller 1:16 tanks?

Yes. It is used in 1/35 RC tanks. Perfect for motorize static kits like Takom.

I'm thinking I'm going to connect one to the Kugelblende MG LED as a reciprocating action. Just wondering if I'll get a stutter effect or not... I'll have to test it out...

I have similar as that from the link. It have excelent slow gear ratio of 1:200 (in comparision heng long gearboxes have about 1:60 ratio). My dad wants to use it in TKS tankette project.

Hi,
i use this gear 1:200 in the asiatam famo for the winch, there is a additional worm gear.
It is very powerful and lifts up to 10 kg.

It is a very good gear for turret, small powerfull.
