Oh yes! I just smoked a pork tenderloin on our smoker for about 5 hours (small tenderloin) which gave it that super dark brown outer crust and deep smoke ring inside. Had the daughter and granddaughter over from Indiana and it was eaten within no time at all! I couldn’t walk past the refrigerator without grabbing a piece of that browned outside portion. :P
