I will find the hatches out and put a picture of them up for you. They have been printed in a way to allow them to be functional but some precise drilling and some sort of brass or sturdy plastic rod would be needed for the hinge pins
It’s your tank it’s what you make it

Best sites for Sherman Firefly (recognition) details, HB, are these. No doubt you've seen the links before, but a refresher is often useful:

If it's any consolation Herman that is my next build after 2 Jagdpanthers, the new Firefly at the AAAM....

I reckon it’s a swap deal for something.
I’m better to get a DG kit and go at least close to correct right off the bat.
Anyone want a Sherman upper ??

That would certainly be the easiest option but the hull would still need to be extended, which I can provide measurement for from my own firefly

Only Fireflies based on the M4A4 hull (Vc) need to go to the chop shop. Hybrid (1c), and M4 (1c) don't need a longer chassis. In fact, the M4 Ic should just fit on the M4A3 lower hull.Exhibitedbrute wrote:That would certainly be the easiest option but the hull would still need to be extended, which I can provide measurement for from my own firefly
That's a precedent for leaving the hull/tub undoctored- should it be needed.
