Hi Dave Forgebear has mato uppers and lowers with turrets but no electric's, if you contact him and ask him for a complete tank it could save a fortune in postage .

Hi there. If you have no luck finding a Mato cast hull, there is a chap over there in the states that produces a more authentic looking large hatch cast hull from resin. The only draw back is that it is designed to mate with a Tamiya turret, or one of his own turrets that are again designed the Tamiya way.
And failing that, there is a chap in Germany that produces a small hatch cast hull out of resin, which is designed Heng Long/Mato turret compatible.

Im aware of the Nick Angular hull, but not quite sure where to buy. I’ve seen some on eBay but was worried they might be recasts.

Haya still has an entire tank listed or just the upper hull and turret. https://www.hayaltd.co.uk/ Just put M4A1 in the search box. Two of the 6 results do not have a "sold out" message on them.

Irritates the hell out of me that he states it's the perfect and correct model for a British firefly.
