hi all

well its wet here in somerset .. so no garden center .... just tesco of food !!!! yippie .. freedom ! ...

as some of you may know i have been buusy building a paper panzer that may have got to prototype stage

now what type of side skirts should i fit ... any one have a good idea ....

looking good though

the side skirts would look good as mesh a sorta throw togethre to get the tank out fighting?

sorry mate i missed this one too, i think mesh side armour would look great plus you will see the detailed running gear, if its a paper panzer what kind of camo are you thinking of doing, "LUV IT"..................cheers oz.

AT LAST

I DO LOKE THE IDEA OF MESH SIDE SKIRTS ..

but not sure what to make them from /.. i looked at the holfords ali mesh .. but its juts nott tuff enought

so any idea what to make them from ?

as for camo ... god knows ... thought about ambush ... but actualy looking for other ideas

i got some square steel mesh from a mate of mine which would be perfect for the side Shields its used on Bunsen burners i think, as for the camo personally i would start thinking outside the box if its a paper panzer i would make the camo as different as possible, the vehicle is different so why not the camo...............oz

You can buy the steel mesh in A4 sized sheets from DIY stores, I got mine in B&Q. Or you could buy a kitched sieve/spalsh guard from you local cheapy pound shop. Both are more durable then the Halford car body mesh which bends and holds a shape well but aint that tough when stressed.

thatnks again for the replys

right a trip to B&Q then ..... .. its going to be fun to work out how to make then fit ... even more fun to work out how to get it all to go to gether !
