First tank Taigen 76mm Sherman...mods underway.
Re: First tank Taigen 76mm Sherman...mods underway.
I might be able to help, depending on how similar the tk60 is to the tk20, and if your tank is airsoft or IR. When I put the TK20 in the Taigen 75mm Sherman I came up with a method where you only cut and solder one wire to take care of the turret (on airsoft), but you lose the turret MG (the bow MG still works fine). I did a video on it back then, I can look if you want to check it out.

This might be of help. The turret trick is about 4:20, but there's other stuff you might find useful.

This is great info. Also watched vid and found a world of inspiration in your other posted vids, too. I’m starting to think that there should be a minimum amount of rewiring or adjustments to upper hull, turret pin/plug alignment...if hardly at all. Many thanksMax-U52 wrote:I might be able to help, depending on how similar the tk60 is to the tk20, and if your tank is airsoft or IR. Just finished relocating volume switch to top of engine deck for way more ease of operation. New solder connections and a bit of hot glue. Have about 1-2mm clearance between turret motor and board. Add stowage for further concealment
