PS: A few clean pics ( daylight assist ) of the completed Truck. All that remains is to weather the vehicle and then build the towed field piece.

Carl!
Thanks for looking in my friend! Trucks are not usually exciting but I have tried to gather up some fun aspects of those Lend Lease vehicles and get them rolling on one chassis. The Arty is up next and looking through the instructions for this older kit, i was pleased to see it rolls and has moveable trails for transport mode. I might have to suss out a stouter tow hook for the gun but the kit should be a (lot simpler than the truck ) simple assembly, paint and weather kit.
regards,
Painless

Good morning, xhelfix,
Thank you for looking in! I've got a couple of American Halftracks to work on when the truck bug hits again later. One year soon, I want to get an Asiatam Opel Blitz or Maultier to add to my collection. I have another couple of WPL trucks set aside but they won't get a build done unless someone comes out with a Vietnam Gun Truck kit to modify them with.

Painless

Good afternoon,
A couple of last things to do. I had forgotten the strap on the watercan mount + I ended up having to pin the PPsH together to get a good fit. Pics: ( Click to Enlarge )

And Painless, if she ever breaks down I'll just come and git ya. Hold on a sec, just let me unload this tank and I'll be on my way ...
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Good evening, Gents,
It does indeed say 'Vodka Only' in English on one side and Cyrillic on the other. ;o) Gary, your Tank Hauler will be a tour de force once completed. Thank you again for the Assist with the KR-11.

Good morning, Will,
Thank you for looking in. You are Mr. Truck and praise from you is a very good thing. ;o) I have a itch for an Asiatam Opel Maultier or Blitz to scratch one of these fine old days.
