Holy crap, Mick, I always knew shapeways were Crooks, but this is unreal. It still boggles my mind why anyone does any business with them with the outrageous prices that they charge. About a year ago a guy asked me to 3D print some Road wheels for a t-34. I was able to print them for about $0.30 each, and shapeways wanted more than $30 each.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

I saw this last night and was impressed.... nowhere as nice as the full metal version I found
