It looks to me to be one of the HZl 2/8th versions
At 99 bucks I smell a scam
1.7 kgs for an all metal tank I’m not convinced anyone would get any more than an HL standard version
But hey, I’m a cynic

Size, 24×11×9cm that's 9.45 × 4.3 × 3.5 inches.

And if it's all metal, why are they declaring metal upgrades?

Sorry Carl, something's a little fishy.

It may be a good idea to remove that link Carl. And read this.

Sorry Carl, I removed the link as you wasn't online. I read a couple more scam finder sites about the place, and they weren't favourable.

Check out this thread. You don't have to be a member to read.

We ordered, proved the scam, got our money back. If you look close at what they offer, one of the photos, the one showing the factory, has 1/6 scale all metal tanks that i believe sell for about 18k USD in RTR config.

SCAM!!!
