Isn't that the SAS Jeep? It will look great with the twin Vickers and a .30 in the back. As for the work, just phenomenal. I knew I picked the right guy to copy from on this one. Once the Kubel project is finished I'll do the Jeeps. I have two, but mine are the 1/4 ton Jeeps, not the SAS. So thanks again, Wayne, for breakin' trail on this one. Pretty soon we'll over-run the world with little Jeeps! I've even got Clint Eastwood to drive one of mine, and a very cool Dragon Sgt. is on the way for the other. You know, Wayne, I also have a few 1/6 scale WWII Harleys, think you can figger that one out? Those would be very cool RCed.
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Looking forward to seeing it on its jeep wheel and how you go about that.

What’s the cost involved so far for parts?

£27 front axle
£27 rear axle
£32 chassis
£12 4 x leaf springs
£14 4 x black shock absorbers
£17.50 axle mount parts pic below took some research to find lol

I just wish I had a Kubelwagen & not a Jeep lol

Same as above, plus £16 for a transfer box, £6 motor, servo out of the parts box & £10 for driveshafts.

The way to do this cost effectively is to buy a HG P407 for £160 & sell on the bits you don’t need to offset the costImage
Cheers

If you go on the site and click on the UK Stock box, it comes up with "no results". I suspect that this will come from abroad and you may get hit with VAT etc. Just something to be mindful of. The site does smack of a generic AliExpress type one. 8)
