The RTR is available on ebay in the UK, again from China. I guess probably the same sources as in the US. Quite a range of prices. You have to gamble whether you will get caught for Customs Duty and VAT.

Thanks, yeah been caught with duty before, turned a reasonable priced item into very expensive item just like that.
