You're a rather Twisted chap, Wayne. I wonder if that's why I like you so much?

Re: HL Truck Mods
OK, Fellas, here's the new truck board

$39.99 USD, comes with a speaker, here's the package
https://www.taigentanks.com/electronics/imx77204
Please note that I don't see any provision on the TX for turn signals, but they are on the board, and there's no Horn, that's "chinglish" for speaker, and the kit from Imex comes with a speaker. The sound is just a single choice, a "gas engine". How all this will fit and perform remains to be seen, but I'll go ahead and assume that at least one or two of you want to see video on this board when it arrives? I also have the two speed gearbox but I doubt that will go in the Jeep. The rudder makes me wonder, any ideas, Guys? If I'm quick I can get it in the jeep before the schwimmwagen gets here. After that I'll have to knuckle down on the kubels.
I have one on the way that should be here Friday. It's going in the 1/10 jeep, and if I like it I can get an additional board and run one more truck from the same TX. Maybe use the two speed gearbox in that. I have the GAZ, the Ural, the Land Rover, the C24 pick-up and the Q64 to choose from. They also have an FPV option, but I think so far that's just in their HEMTT truck.
Note: please don't take this as advertising, I make no money from this, I simply provide info as a service to my fellow forum members. And of course I like to show off my new stuff.

Re: HL Truck Mods
At a guess 'Steering' servo has been mis-translated as 'Rudder' servo.
Re: HL Truck Mods
That sounds reasonable to me. I don't see anywhere else to plug in the steering servo. Right now I'm wondering where I'm going to hide this speaker in this Jeep. There's not much hidden space.

Re: HL Truck Mods
Could you not make a trailer for it Max
I'm sure you could rigg something up, you can hide all of the electronics in there under a tarp leaving the jeep completely untouched then
Cheers, Lee.

This is my 1/16 Danbury mint jeep with it's trailer and although it is static if a were ever to rc it that is where I would hide everything
