Radio Controlled M3 Scout Car, 1/6 scale, with figures
Model is over 20 year old. Previous owner make it RC from toy car.
Modifications include scratch build elements:
- full metal frame
- custom build gearbox
- custom build leaf spring suspension
- front wheel steering mechanism with servo
- 4x4 drive with diferential
- back side of upper body was modified for proper height, dozens of new screws was installed
Those option originaly worked on model but now are disabled (need some modeling / electric skills to turn back on):
- head lights and back lights
- break light
- horn
Included 4 customised Russian/Polish figures from Dragon and a dog
Added old 35Mhz radio but for better operation I recommend 2,4Ghz radio. Model use 11,1V battery (3S), XT-60 plug installed.
Known problems: broken door hatch (should be easy to repair, damaged part included), missing some engeening tools like pickaxe. Gearbox must be checked for better driving.
