German rc Maus

Post by geoff »

Hi after nearly 40 years of making and selling rc tanks, Ive just about finished my rc Maus.
I've had the 1/16 th resin kit for years here it's configured for rc, forward/reverse,turret 360',barrel up/down,engine start and running, traverse sound, barrel movement sound, mg sound, main gun flash and firing/loading sound, smoke and lights.
This will be the last tank I make my hands are arithetic, my back makes standing at a bench difficult and failing kidneys, so it's time to stop.
I would like to thank everyone who is involved with the running of this site as well as its members for the help I have needed over the years.
I will have to get rid of/sell or dump lots of parts, electrical parts and some kits later.
But thanks to a great site. Geoff

Should there be some photos or a video that we can admire?

All the best, then Geoff  I see you managed to make a decent fist of a Centaur project a few years back, and I'm sure the Maus has been also made to a very high standard. If you can figure out (again), how to post pics, then photos of your Maus will be very welcome. :)

That is a beauty, outstanding work.

One of the main reasons Germany lost the war, Hitler wanted bigger and bigger, as it showed, quantity won out in the end.
