Re: Hoof and carriage blacksmiths
Faster as expected...
As promised at the absolute end of the construction report a short material list.
All wall plates are made from 2 cm thick styrofoam.
The stiffening framework is constructed from 10 mm pine square bars - self-made on the circular saw.
The roof boards are also self-made on the circular saw.
The windows are produced from this model shop: https://meinmodellhaus.de/start
The dispersion adhesive is from the DIY market "Obi", here is the link: https://www.obi.de/fliesenkleber/obi-di ... /p/3198793
Also from there are the styrofoam plates: https://www.obi.de/geschaeumte-daemmsto ... /p/7521065
The wooden mouth spatulas can you receive at each internet pharmacy. The wooden coffee stirring spoons have I bought in the supermarket; a package with 1000 pieces.
The cleaning cloths, which serve as roofing felt, are from the drugstore market: https://www.rossmann.de/de/Motiv-Bodent ... 5615391915
The glue for the roofing felts is this: https://www.obi.de/latexfarben/baufan-l ... /p/1619204
The acrylic color for the walls (white and ochre) and for the roof (black) are also from the DIY market...
If you know what you need and you go through the shops and discounters with open eyes, then you can find a lot of things that can be used as a building material for our models.
I hope I have nothing forgotten.
I could imagine, that there are Obi and Rossmann also in Austria...

I am lucky enough to have an Obi in front of my house. I was considering to use wood and then cover it with some kind of concrete, but that styrofoam with the dispersionkleber seems to be the way to go.
Again, thanks for sharing and congrats for your excelent builds.
