There are many Dealers in both Germany and the UK,
Some you should avoid others are very good, Here is a small list,
UK, http://www.forgebeartanks.com
Dave is a member of this forum and is probably the best Dealer in Taigen Tanks and spare parts in the UK his online store is full of spares and upgrades, Recommended.
Germany http://www.rctank.de
Dom is a top Dealer in Taigen Tanks and Spares with an online shop full of well priced products for all things Tank. Recommended.
http://www.axels-modellbau-shop.de/
Axels specialises in Tamiya kits and spares and if he has not got it he will do his best to get it for you, Recommended.
http://www.ludwigs-hobby-seite.de/
If you want to build your own Tank or Truck then Chris (Ludwig) is your man, Some amazing and rare Allied and Axis Armour as well as more modern almost all designed by Chris and a number of Forum members have built Armour from his kits with great results. Chris is a Member of the Forum. Recommended.

I hope this small list is helpful, Taigen as far as I know only sell one Tank Kit (Tiger 1, 3 in 1 kit) everything else they sell is Ready to Run (RTR) But the Taigen dealers I have named do sell that kit,
All Tamiyas Armour comes in a kit they do not make 1/16 Tanks in RTR,It should be remembered that Tamiya Kits are expensive
Ludwigs Products are only Kits with lots of spares and helpful advise,
Good Luck.
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

I highly recommend Axels Modellbau, if you contact them Felix can get any kit for you - trucks/tanks etc.

How about dealers in the U.S ?
Most are familiar with IMEX the U.S Taigen dealer in Florida are there any others ? I’m absolutely flabbergasted at the lack of Armour /Tank stores in such a huge market.Canada? Hmmm!
But it’s a dry heat!

You have MatoMart up in Ontario, and a lot of folks go to the AAF museum for Tamiya parts, but after that its slim pickings.

RCCommand went under about 10 years ago, and RCTankWars ended with the passing of its owner in 2012. A lot of the other outlets I had once bought bought tanks from from were "pile 'em high, sell 'em cheap" outfits that just bought a containers worth of all manner of RC toys and flogged them on with no tech support.

Heng Long then started wanting bigger and bigger minimum orders, which also helped shut out the smaller players.

More than anything else, I think the price point of the average tank has reached the level where they won't get bought as a 'disposable' kids toy anymore (I bought some of my first HL tanks brand new for less than 50 bucks, try getting a deal like that these days!), and at the higher end, consumers want trendy toys like drones if they are going to splash out hundreds of dollars.
I've certainly noticed a significant drop in broken tanks being parted out on Ebay, which would support a conclusion that these things are not as popular as they once were.

Don't disregard Clark's dealers with whats coming later this & next year. His new 1/16 line is thinking outside the box.

Hello and thanks for all your replies. Surely first I want inform me which possibilities are available. So also dealers in US or whole over the world are from interest. I done a lot of research yesterday evening. And my first model should be an Truck with a Trailer an moveable loading bay in scale 1:16. After that I want start with my first 1:16 scale tank. I saw there are some WPL models available for that ones you can get some tuning up kits also made in metal for modification. Overpainting is not the problem. Standard painting of those models are worst. ;)

I found the WPL B36 Ural what u can see under following link:

https://www.amazon.de/CUEYU-Elektro-Off ... 9291206790

Trailer which can be modifed and painted:

https://www.bruder.de/germany/sortiment ... 1%5Bp%5D=1

Is here anyone who has modified the loading ramps radio controlled? Is it possible?

But maybe there are some german military trucks avilable somewhere in the world outside. I am open for any proposal and inspiration. ;)

Does somebody know if you can use a smoke generator for that model?

And I found that trailer:

Is it possible to modify the trailer ramp radio conrolled?

I also found another trailer which is radio controlled:

Found also an great Video for modifiying the trailer:

The Bruder trailer can be purchased without a tractor unit for around £30 on e-bay when available and yes, it is possible to lift/lower both the loading ramps and front legs using servos controlled by your RC.

I have 3, one standard length and one longer, one shorter , the last 2 made from two standard trailers. The are lots of detail track parts available to improve their looks.

There are also many budget trucks from the likes of WPL, HL etc that can be completely stripped and rebuilt using your own custom electronics for drive, steering, sound and lights plus lots of detailing bits or you can use Tamiya and radically customise them to provide 'collection' transporters.

Even RTR tanks can be used as a baseline to build your own model using custom resin or kit components with your own electronics.

So, no excuses! :)ImageImageImageImageImage
