Today it goes further at the second half of my roof. At this side is the control electronic for the fan located. This pulse width modulation module came from China and was a long time on the way. But the functions are okay.

Image

Then the first run – this is so many smokes, that I’ve to throttle the smoker a bit.

Image

With the potentiometer at the pwm can I also throttle the fan and the smoke emission can be regulated.

Image

The position of my control board will be later changed, so that it is accessible from the inside. In the next step have been the little chimney glued; again with Latex Bindemittel.

Image

The boards for the laterally roof box have been also glued…

Image

…and thereafter also the double chimney; at bottom receive both chimneys a retaining clip from wood.

Image

Here are both retaining clips good to see.

Image

Position of the control board was changed, followed from roof battens. Pictures…

Image

Image

Image

Image

At the chimneys have been short transitions installed, this is necessary for the roof battens.

To be continued…

The last row roof tiles have been glued and thereafter flush sanded.

Image

Here a few views from the house in this stage…

To the ridge of the roof later, now has been the roof coloured. Simultaneously should be the wood preserved.

Image

Image

Image

Oil paint has been mixed in a terracotta colour and with this mixture the linseed oil varnish dyed. With this mixture has been thereafter the complete roof painted.

Still two views…

Slowly, the house construction is coming to an end, but before that, a lot of small remaining work had to be done. The roof has been inside also preserved with linseed oil.

Image

The side roof boxes receive paint and…

Image

…there was still a check of the opacity of the roof tiles from the inside; looks pretty good.

Image

The nature stone socket for the house has been built from rests of Styrodur plates. The single parts were cut to length and with wood screws at the threshold mounted.

Image

The entree area receives again a little podium, here always drawn…

Image

A total of six pieces has been needed for my socket.

Image

A picture from the socket at this stage; the podium is good to recognize…

Image

Further at the ridge. As material for the ridge roof tiles I’ve used a plastic angle and a plastic tube. The tube has been divided in longitudinal direction.

Image

From that was the single ridge roof tiles sawed.

Image

The plastic angle has been glued and nailed on the ridge.

Image

On this angle has been the single ridge roof tiles glued.

Image

Image

Finished. Four views of the house at this stage…

Image

In the last report it goes around some remainig works…

That is a very impressive build indeed  the attention to detail is awesome, the only problem I see you having is that tanks will keep crashing into it on the battlefield as the operators will be to busy marvelling at your workmanship to notice where they are driving :haha:

Cheers, Lee.

Hi Lee. I have no fear for my building, if necessary a shooting is ordered… 8O
