Here’s something you don’t see every day, it’s only a very VERY basic model, & basically just not right, but it is something I could turn into reality should I choose to, I’d have to do lots of research to get it through the squint test lol

So if that WC-51 isn't scratch built, Jack, what is it?
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!

Re: Are 3D models really Scratch Built.
Hi guy's,
As I was the person that posted this subject on the Forum, I think at this point I must put in my two pennath.
We in the strict sence of the word are CREATORE'S, Scratch Build, 3D, or Kit, the only difference is we go about it in a different way to get too the same point, to achieve, in our own eyes (and hopefully others ) some thing that is nice to look at and admire.
Wayne said in a comment a few back that he is not bothered what people think, of course he does, and rightly so, otherwise he would not have posted the work that he had CREATED.
Just where did the word Scratch come from anyway, there was a saying when things become unsolveable, (Let's start from Scratch) in other words, to start the CREATION a different way, which comes back to the same point, to create,
The Bible say's God created man in his own image, wrong, and its a good job he didnt, we are are all different in many way's, just as our Models are, and the way we create them, so maybe we are useing the wrong words, IE Model makers, should we say Model Creators, NO, it has not got the same ring or relavence to what we do as Model.
So to sum up,
3D printed items are created.
Scratch build's are created'
Kits are created.
Human, and all form's of life were created.
I have put in more than my two pennath now so, I wish all you MODEL CREATORES/MAKERS out there all the best, and keep up the sterling work however it is done., Mike.
