Thank you.Quality of the model is achieved because of the design of the parts, 0,3mm nozzle and XTC-3D coating.
My printer is really obsolete machine with an average printing quality.

But ok.Here is
Its my own construction, based on the Rebel II (RepRap project from the Czech Republic).I have replaced almost every 3D printed plastic part on the Rebel II to my modified steel and dural version.
Do you know the EDM Wirecut machines?Parts was cutted from the hardened steel.Precission and accuracy of that parts is overkill for the 3D printer.
It took a long time to do this conversion (i dont have time to do this usually) and it was a long time ago.
I have used a high-precision ISB or (and) SKF linear bearings and amazing Gates belts.Belt tension was tuned with guitar tuner to the calculated frequence
I am using two modified 3Dator bowden extruders.Its available on my thingiverse:

This extruder is capable to print 1,75mm flex.Actually i love to print flex with this.

I dont use dual extruder (almost).Printerhead is my self-maded, dual nozzle with RebelMod hotend (made in Czech Republic) or original E3D with thermistor cartridge.
Heatsink is one of a kind.Is very little but is a dust catcher.Hotends are changable within the minutes.Calibration of the dual hotends is easy with every part maded precisely from the steel.

I prefer this solution.I dont like system with one nozzle and two or more extruders.This is more suitable for my needs.I almost dont use it, as i have said.
But i have one 0,4mm nozzle and one 0,3mm nozzle still ready to go.

Obsolete overall construction - This machine is 3 years old now and we have much better 3D printer designs today.I dont make another cartesian style printer anymore.I like design of the Ultimaker, but every construction with the non-moving bed is better like my printer.I am looking for some Delta printer right now.I need too much time for postprocessing with this printer.There is a blops sometimes.Trust me.I dont have perfect prints.

Obsolete electronics - I have just Mega 2560 With Ramps 1.6 and Drv8825 drivers (and A4988 for the extruders).Thats crap
I have new TMC2208, but still not used.I dont like to do this wiring, so its a question of the far far future.
I dont like to play with printer as much as before (RC tanks addiction)

Wow again. Nice setup. Looks very sturdy and looks it will last a lifetime.

Loved the 'Amazing Gates belt' i will tell my work, i may work fro Gates so am biased.
Glad to hear or belts are well received in the market

Indeed - Gates is a Ferrari of the belts , must be nice to work on this.
Gates is well known as the best belts maker in our region.But i know just very few people wich are using this belts for the 3D print.
Its expensive and overpowered a little for the average 3D printer.
I dont have thinked about this before, but this is propably a lifelong machine.

Hi,
i have received a full range of the Ammo of Mig Jimenez.I love this stuff
Its my first experience with camo painting, weathering etc.I am new in the airbrush, so this prototype of the RC Hetzer is perfect for the training.

I have used only oxide primer and dunkelgelb yellow, because i dont want to put too much effort to this prototype vehicle.

I have used primer, yellow color, heavy chipping effect, and ultra matt varnish for now.I have to add enamel filter right now.I need to suppress this yellow color a little bit.
Then i have to add washes, streaking, earth pigment etc.Some fun is waiting for me
Oh - and today i have to assemble and test this exotic frontal axle and motors.Pictures from the inside is coming soon.Its the most interesting part of my Hetzer i think.

If you make these files available i believe I'll have to build one. I already have a 1/6 scale Hetzer, this little beauty of yours would look terrific next to it, and also give a great photo showing the size difference from 1/16 to 1/6.
