It would have to use sherman tracks with possibly a KV1 as a lower hull to build from. It would need a low profile gearbox as well. Maybe one of these days.....

I'll have a go eventually, I'm thinking worm or planetary gears to make it fit.
Having (mostly) bought Wibbly's T90 I'm thinking TOS-1 for the one I already own. Again, a lot of practice needed first!

The KV220 went to it's new owner today who was very happy so that's another build successfully completed.

I found a way to take the files from world of tanks and print them on a 3d printer.
