Hubs falling off?
Here's what I did. I took a paper clip,
heated it up, and stuck it in several places on the hub. Kind of like knurling on metal only different.
Now when I put them in they stay yet are fairly easy to remove if I need to.King Tiger, Panzer "G" model, Tiger 1, and one little Sherman.

Hi, I am a great believer in Neo-Dymion Magnets which come in many different shapes and sizes,
When it comes to sprocket caps some people glue them in place only to discover when they need to remove the sprocket, access to the Hexagonal screw is denied to them by their own handiwork
Whereas gluing a small Neo-Dymion Magnet inside the cap will hold it securely in place against the hex head retaining screw until access is needed and then with the use of your thumb and fingernail it can be removed.
I use magnets of various sizes to hold the majority of my Tank Bodies to the Hulls of them.
Where possible Countersunk ones that can be screwed in place.
Shaun.

Seems like an interesting piece of improvisation!.

On some of my tanks I think magnets are 1/2 the weight! LOL! I use them for all sorts of things including hubs. I use the 1mm x 3 mm ones. The concept here though makes sense and probably works well BUT! If one of my hubs comes off in the field we just do a magnet sweep and viola! I found my hub...
