Taigen V2 Control Board.

Post by jarndice »

I have just been looking at Taigens new V2 Control Board on "RCU" thanks to Eric at "IMEX-ERIC",
It looks to be very impressive and allows you amongst other things to use the Taigen Transmitter OR your own aftermarket 6 channel Transmitter,
There is a list of things it offers that were missing from the old board and does appear to bring it much closer to an after market board.
It comes complete with all the cables.
So my questions are When will it be available in Europe and How much?
Shaun.

Woohoo!
1:16 was my scale. Until 'Konan' came into my life... an Armortek 1:6 Tiger 1!
... Now followed by a Panther G, 'Gunther'!

I'm a happy man. 8)

Hallo Dave.
I am not sure,
In the interests of finding out more information I went to the
http://www.rctank.de
site and clicked on the "Taigen" section and they are selling what looks exactly like the V2 board from "Imex-Eric" including the cables the sound card and the uprated speaker to connect to an aftermarket receiver/transmitter,
It just does not say it works with an aftermarket transmitter receiver?
The Taigen Transmitter which is a separate buy is also the latest with the extra push button control on the top rail, the whole package is on sale for 90 Euros which after postage will be about a £100.
Shaun.

I would interpret this "You now also can use a normal remote with receiver" to mean you can use a 3rd party Tx & Rx. If you don't want the speaker you can save yourself 30 euros. https://www.rctank.de/Latest-Taigen-24- ... New-Sounds

YES and YES, That is exactly right,
So can you confirm that it plugs into an aftermarket 6 channel Receiver/Transmitter,
Shaun.
