Good afternoon all!
As promised I spent a little time outdoors with this all metal monster. I'm practically clueless doing video but I had that best of Helpmeets, the Mate to film with my phone while I 'learned' to drive something with actual momentum and weight. I hope you guys enjoy. There will be more as we begin to work on the Tank Run.

Thank you, sir! It really does look like North Africa. *chuckles* I'll have to add some fake trees and stuff to have the area around the 'village' appear more like European countryside. I have the greyhounds to thank for my hard packed 'road' around that mass of sage. ;o)

Good morning, Raminator!
Thank you very much, Doc. The base vehicle came over from Jackalope then MATO provided a load of parts and pieces. Maxmekker from Clark upgraded the electronics to a TK24 board and provided a much better speaker. The detail was either scratch built or sourced Tamiya, Hobby Lobby, PE and Value Gear pieces. ETO armor provided the Schumo kits and Crazy Joe provided the, well, the 'crazy' ideas for Kiss O' Death chocolates and such. It was a fun build and is #3 in the Sherman platoon I've been assembling over time. I'm glad you enjoyed. ;o) There is a build thread lurking around here in the forum as well if interested.

So is Heinz Tomato Ketchup - one of the 57 varieties. (only there weren't 57, they just picked the number as it sounded good.) It may be a bit obscure, but in my circle of family and friends, anything made of numerous different manufacturer's bits was referred to as Heinz. It was also used to christen dogs of totally untraceable ancestry.

Good afternoon! I'm working on driving better with a two stick TX. The M36B1s extreme weight carries it through scrub that might snag a lighter vehicle. I checked it over carefully after that extended run and everything was where it was supposed to be. Go 3M !! From that spot with the sage down to the NE most fence corner is where the Tank Run is going to be. One of my projects this summer is fence it off and start carving out and building up topography.
