Just a quicky! M26

Post by Jake79 »

Hi Guys

Few mods and paint, tried out H/L's new sounds, must say was quite impressed for the price. Not a bad tank if your starting out in the hobby £82 free shipping, better sound, no probs runs great.

And I'll add to the chorus. A fantastic looking Pershing. Nice work.

Good afternoon,
The HL Pershing has always been a runner! The only issue I ever had was the cheap smoker and wearing out the original plastic gears and tracks after some 9 years of use ( fun ). I did a complete rebuild of mine using extensive Tamiya parts and steel gearboxes, metal running gear up front to add weight and some new tracks. B-12 from Inchon is one of my best tanks, even more so now. Excellent paint on an excellent tank, Jake!
regards,
Painless.

I remember that build well and what a awesome build it was too. It was I think one of first builds I commented on when I joined the forum, fun times with Alpha giving a helping hand :D

Indeed! His one off metal barrel designed for the Tamiya mantlet made the build. We still chat and plan new tanks to this day. ;o)
