Rik

you will think this dumb but a metal chassis has been available for this tank for some time only problem is it's made by Tamiya but they come up on evilbay quite regular
They shall not grow old as we who are left grow old.

Yup Robert I was indeed referring to the Matro Clone of Tamiya's King Tiger

You can pick them up on evilbay with radio gear and extras for less than £300

Re: new metal hull pz3/stug
I normally see them for £300+. I may well have to pick one up soon. I think i'll finish the Tiger 1, and I also want one of the Mato Shermans first though.
Cheers for the advice,

Re: new metal hull pz3/stug
Raven, I liked the new tank body and new suspension -I dnt think they have bearings in those asiantam road wheels, except the idler wheels But I currently runs asiatam wheels modified with bearings as told by my friends. Aslo runs original hl suspension arms but with asiantam springs without any problem.
You can see my panzerIII in action on youtube, and both with and without bearings does the same job, no throw tracks....the one with bearing I beleived will LAST LONGER.
Cheers
