Instructions are rubbish, back to front and inside out - does not build like a tamiya that for sure!

Suspension photos to follow and proof of chinglish instructions lol

Photo of the three options I like...

Suspension at the rear and very front is an odd setup, very stiff. May change with weight and wheels etc on.

Springs not the easiest to sort out, instructions not the easiest to follow due to bad drawings and translation.

Make it like this it won't fit...

Happy like this, moves nicely, but wrong...

Supposed to be like this but doesn't move smooth enough for me.

Can you please tell us where those three different versions served? I like all three but I'd still vote for a Polish tank, just to see the look on Jerzey's face when I show him the photos. But in the end our opinion don't count for a hill of beans on this one. It's your tank and you should go with what you like best, and don't listen to me on the subject. I'll be happy just to watch you build it, even if you make it pink for Girls und Panzers!! Thanks again for starting this thread, I know I'm going to enjoy it immensely. 8)

Enigma was the first Gulf War, Iraq.

Standard T55 was Iraq-Iran war.

Merida was used by Poland and Czechoslovakia.

Unsure still, going to build it without detail parts and then decide :D

I was really hoping you would say the second photo was used in Poland. I like that one best so I'm glad that's a Polish variant. :D :D

Are you going to make the searchlights functional? That would be very, very cool. I can't wait to see how it runs with the elmod. I haven't tried one of those (yet) but I hear they are very good boards. I must admit that the main reason I don't have one yet is because I'm so cheap and they cost so much.

They are a great board, I have a pro version in my HL Sherman. Good sounds and easy to use/setup.

Picture wise top to bottom is enigma, Iraq/Iran then Polish Merida.

I am wavering towards a standard Iraq/Iran one as I'm right about spending £100 to make it look pretty lol

Like I said before, don't listen to this old hippie and paint it any way you want to. I'm just thankful that you're posting it at all so I can ride along.

I am confused about the top to bottom thing, so the tank in the middle is Polish? I really like that one best of the three. The top one looks too busy, and the bottom one too plain, but the one in the middle is, as Goldilocks said, Juuust Right. :haha:

So what about the searchlights? Any chance you'll electrify them? That would be just too cool.

Middle one is Iran/Iraq :)

Oh, I believe the lights all work!

The elmod has the ability for them to work and the kit comes with lights iirc!

So what about the bottom one (with the apple)? Is that the Polish one?

That's very cool ab out the lights. Can't wait to see video when it's done.
