Re: Two more just pulled from the mold.
Will do.
I'm looking at over two feet now and the Guv just diverted the National Guard to my area to help. Seems like everything that was supposed to hit the tri-state just decided to concentrate on me.

What, me worry?

Here Monday and Tuesday were the big snow days with it clinging to the edge of Lake Michigan. Topped out at 18 inches just as you where being hit.
Nice figures
. Will you be producing enough to be a manufacturer and sell on EBay. Your figures look more like 1/16th scale then the resin cast 120mm stuff that is now available.
Nice figures

Here in Connecticut I just cleared two feet of the white stuff. I did have fun painting up two of the heads that I received from Mr Ausf while it was coming down earlier
Beautiful resin castings

Have a look at these, Ausf. First is typical battle dress worn by Brits, Canadians, Czechs, etc., This from the Royal Tank Regiment.ausf wrote:Thanks guys.
88, I never thought of it. Not because I'm against British, just don't have any British armor in my collection.
I certainly could, any particular head gear/uniform that UK tankers wore?
The second shows the outfit in Recce Regiments (Reconnaissance Corps, Royal Armoured Corps) 1944-45. This is what my Dad would have worn...but he didn't look as grim as this guy

I'm halfway done with a Brit figgie. Beret, canvas headphone set and binocs. Revamping the Russian and broke out the dented jerry can sets too.
The downside to a blizzard is not being able to run resin, the upside is I could sculpt. We ended up with about 20 inches total.
Mr Rainford, your paint on the rage zombie and skull heads looks great, they're right at home.
Greengiant, Yep, they'll be available on eBay, my website or direct via PM/email, whatever you prefer. Heads, figures, leaves.
What, me worry?

Re: Two more just pulled from the mold.
Glad to hear that. Will be watching EBay.

I'll announce here when they are ready, it may be a while before I list them on eBay. The three heads are, but nothing else yet.greengiant wrote:Glad to hear that. Will be watching EBay.
Keep in mind, I offer them discounted to the forums. Since I don't go through the trouble of labeling them, just sealing in bags and sticking in a padded envelope, don't have to pay eBay their 13%, I can sell them for less direct to you guys.
I still only use PayPal and only as goods, not as a gift, so we are both protected. I'm glad to give PP their 3%, label generating and the shipping discount is well worth it, especially across the pond. If I go through USPS, a 4 oz padded envelope with an object thicker than 1/4" is $14. Through PP, under $5.
Tom, when you say driver, you're basically just looking for a head and partial shoulder, right? And I'm guessing this is for an M4? I only have the Tammy Sherman and it's the 1970 mold with solid hull hatches, do the other companies offer working hatches?
What, me worry?

Any thought to modifying the Russian TC to have a Chinese or Korean face? Both the Chinese and NKorean TCs would have used Soviet uniforms and headgear during the Korean War. Could be an option for those with T-34/85s.

Hey Jeff, any progress on these?
When FDR coined the phrase "The Arsenal of Democracy", he was talking about Detroit. Proud to live in the 2nd most violent city in America!!
