Brizo,
I cannot recommend enough using Microsol to eliminate silvering from water slide decals. It worked amazingly well in getting the Tamiya decals to meld into the dry O.D. paintwork on B-12.

Just sitting here and was looking at my work and throught something don't look right started looking at my books then saw it. It's the barrel wrong color should be darker due to the use of the gun it gets so HOT that it discolours the paint so do that tomorrow base colour with some grey added . Yea I put them on when I was waiting for my turret and bits to turn up. Your right all the photos I have of the M51 don't show them but the small holders on the rear storage bin is to hold them.
