Thanks canned...... The most famous grey JT of them all. No doubt that it could have been grey when it was in the proving ground, but the green strip camo looks like a Bovington addition.

I decided on a sand colour primer as the factory fresh colour for my Late war JT. I am sure paint supply was a concern and so was time to battle so no wasting time on this camo business at the factory.

The grey is a bovington addition, older photos show it in green/yellow/brown.
